Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager on the high4d Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange closure of your Account.

To register and maintain an Account on the high4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the services offered on the Platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database or have previously been excluded from the high4d Platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent, employee, affiliate, or representative of high4d or any of its partner organisations when placing personal Wagers.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify high4d promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. high4d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

All deposits to your high4d Account must be made via the payment methods currently supported by the Platform. Accepted methods include local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

high4d reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• high4d does not accept deposits made in cash, cryptocurrency, or foreign currency.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. high4d is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider or the banking system.
• We reserve the right to request verification of the source of any deposit where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability and minimum payout thresholds.

• All withdrawals are denominated in IDR and processed to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name.
• high4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction; the current minimum is displayed within the Account withdrawal section.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 7 below.
• high4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request and may delay processing by up to 72 hours where such checks are necessary.

high4d offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of those funds — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets designated as eligible for that promotion. Wagering on excluded game categories will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• high4d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that such action does not adversely affect any wagering already in progress at the time of the change.
• Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to bonus stacking, matched betting across multiple accounts, or exploiting system errors — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension.

All Wagers placed on the high4d Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting market terms applicable to the chosen product. General wagering rules applicable across the Platform include the following:

• A Wager is final and irrevocable once confirmed by the Platform. high4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend a Wager after it has been submitted, except in the event of a manifest technical error on the part of the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per Wager type and may vary by game, event, and account tier. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In the case of togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, the official result published by the respective draw authority is final. Any discrepancy between a third-party source and the official result will be resolved in favour of the official result.
• For sports betting — including bandar bola (sportsbook) markets, Asian handicap (voor bola), and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — high4d reserves the right to void a Wager where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered after bet placement.
• high4d reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single Wager or combination of Wagers where it reasonably determines that a payout limit has been reached or that unusual betting patterns have been detected.
• Winnings from all games and betting markets are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the high4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Account, forfeiture of your Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or through a nominee.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by high4d.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform or your Account.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live casino environment, or tournament setting.
• Charging back a deposit via your bank or payment provider after wagering the associated funds.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening high4d staff or other Members through any communication channel.

high4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes active steps to protect vulnerable players. This platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We provide a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

high4d reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures — including mandatory deposit limits or account suspension — on any Member where there is reasonable cause to believe that the Member may be experiencing gambling-related harm, regardless of whether that Member has requested such measures.

All content on the high4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of high4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from high4d.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.
• Use the high4d brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context not explicitly authorised by high4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, high4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses on any Wager or series of Wagers.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service provided therein.
• Technical errors, server downtime, connectivity issues, or data transmission failures that affect your ability to place or settle Wagers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers or the Indonesian banking system.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude high4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

high4d collects only the personal data necessary to provide its services, comply with KYC and AML obligations, and improve the Platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Full details of how your data is handled, retained, and protected are set out in the Privacy Policy.

high4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via the registered email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which high4d is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and high4d, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including during Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and all Indonesian national public holidays) and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in our licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
